“The business of business is relationships; the business of life is human connections”
-Robin Sharma

Can you believe it’s December 2020! This year has been challenging on so many fronts. For once in our lives, this is something we can universally agree on! I haven’t traveled this little in over 20 years! All of my family lives abroad and many of my friends live out of state, which means that my intention of seeing loved ones at least once a year has been compromised. As a result, I’ve been even more grateful for my spouse, my cuddly cat, friends who live nearby, kind neighbors and the ability to connect remotely via technology. One upside to not traveling is baring witness to all the seasonal changes, tasting the delicious seasonal foods, smelling the flowers and watching the leaves turn from green to gold, auburn and finally release themselves to the ground. Here in California our winter looks like a Northern autumn. I’ve also been able to witness changes and growth in myself, as well as the release of habits and beliefs that no longer serve me. But 10 months into this life changing paradigm, let’s have some real talk shall we: virtual connection is not the same as in person connection. Why is that? Because true connection requires presence. Mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual. Most technology allows us to divide our attention between the call, what’s going around us in the physical world and even incoming notifications. I’ve been so grateful for the virtual connections online and the ability to connect with people globally I might never have met in person. But true connection requires presence. I appreciate the comments and interactions from all of you on content I carefully and intentionally create, however the disjointed time between one message and another divides the connection. Unless we take that spark of connection and cultivate it with attention, intention and presence over time, it remains a superficial link. So after a long weekend disconnecting from the virtual world, I felt nourished and rejuvenated. I had more insight, more connection to nature and my surroundings. Which is why I’ve decided to focus on creating a more permanent piece of content, one that can be enjoyed when all technology is tucked away: a book! This book will share my journey learning and embodying the Larasah Method as well as all the supporting science, practices and insight. I’m very excited to share and make this information accessible to a wider audience at a much lower price point. Particularly in these financially challenging times. However, this doesn’t mean I’ll be disconnecting from you! I’d actually like us to deepen our connection.

Here’s my invitation: join me monthly as I share insights from my book as I write it! I’d love to hear your questions and will answer them live. It will be a non recorded event to allow it to feel more intimate and so that we can truly connect with those who are present. I will have two sessions at different time zones: early morning my time and in the evening. My intention is that once the world opens up again, we can find ways to connect in person too! *Want to connect with other men and women passionate about living a life that FEELS great, not just looks good? *Are you curious about witnessing the process of writing a book? *Want to get the answers to your questions about increasing your levels of Body Vitality, Calm Mind, Emotional Fluency, Stress Support and Aligned Purpose? Then I invite you to sign up to register for our first live event in 2021! Write to us at coaching@larasah.com to receive the Zoom link for the time you want to attend: either at 8am PST/5pm CEST or at 4pm PST on January 21, 2021. I look forward to connecting with you! Take care, Lara
