​Lara Park Menning is a pharmaceutical development sciences professional and 2x founder entrepreneur. She was the co-founder of Nucleo Life Sciences, acquired in 2021 by CoreRx, now BEND BioScience (a world-class pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization). In 2019,  passionate about encouraging STEM professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals without compromising ethics or health, she founded LARASAH.​

Born in England, Lara grew up in cosmopolitan and globally diverse Toronto, Canada, starting her scientific studies at the University of Toronto and then transferring to complete a MSc. in Biotechnology and Biochemistry in France at the Université Paul Sabatier doubled with a Masters in International Management at l'IAE in Toulouse, France. Her global professional and corporate experience at global companies like Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, France, Patheon, Thermo Fisher and Genentech, in San Francisco California complements her passion and experience in entrepreneurship.

In 2024, Lara became a Certified High Performance Coach. This coaching certification uses a 20-year proven framework that has been used to coach presidents, elite athletes, billionaires, millionaires and entrepreneurs looking to add more joy and success to their lives.
