What is LARASAH?

LARASAH is a word that doesn’t resort to diminutive or composite words that include “man” “god” or “male” that draw back to a primary masculine root. It acknowledges that the feminine plays a primary role and yet the masculine is also present for an empowered life.

The divine feminine is also present in balanced, healthy, joyful men and yet LARASAH focuses on those who identify as women.

La : represents the feminine soul. In the Tibetan language, La or Lha means soul and thus connects us with our purpose. It is the 6th note on the major scale and is also the feminine form of the definite article or “the” in French, Spanish, Italian and other Romance languages.

Ra : represents the goddess, without the masculine god as an appendage. Ra stands on her own. She represents our spiritual and ancestral connection with womanhood. In ancient Egypt, Ra was the sun god. In LARASAH, we reclaim and connect with the sun, the Earth’s source of light and energy.

Sah : connects with health (sa) and abundance. It is a more sustainable feminine power and strength.

Rasa: a powerful Sanskrit word with multiple meanings that link with Eat Connect Love on our path to vibrancy. It means taste, sense, flavor, feeling, sensation, emotion, essence and more!

Finally, these letters pay homage to the two sisters behind LARASAH: Lara and Sarah.

LARASAH empowers women to live a life that feels good instead of looks good.
